• Customers must ensure they have the exact amount ready, as change availability is limited.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We strive to deliver products within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Shipping charges may apply depending on the location and order value.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may result in additional charges.
• Orders must be accepted at the time of delivery; refusal without valid reason may lead to restrictions on future COD orders.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within a specified period, subject to our return policy.
• Products must be returned in original condition with all packaging and accessories.
• Refunds for COD purchases will be processed via store credit or exchange only. No cash refunds will be issued.

6. Warranty & Support

• HP printers and other products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as per HP’s official policy.
• Warranty claims must be processed through authorized service centers. Prompt Computers LLC does not provide direct warranty repairs.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Prompt Computers LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
• We are not liable for any data loss, system failures, or software-related issues due to product usage.

• We ensure the security of customer data and do not request online payment details, as all transactions are cash-based.
